Song Information:

This song laments the Kelo v New London decision which was a Supreme Court precedent allowing a governmental entity to condemn and take away, private property without compensation and NOT for public works (such as a freeway) but to put up a shopping center for increased tax revenues. It is an egregious violation of the rights of the people, and it makes us angry.
