I was lucky to have a weekend without any research papers, custom papers nor essays to do so I made the most of my day by watching the piles of movies I have been longing to watch. I may just be at home but I feel that that moment is so precious to be spent outside which may only make me tired or sleeping all day which may put my day off into waste. At least with watching a movie I can rest and at the same time make use of my time. I watched a lot of movies but I really appreciated Scott Pilgrim VS The World, which is a story of a guy falling in love with a girl whose evil ex-boyfriends want to revenge on anyone who falls in love with the girl. Scott Pilgrim happened to be with a band so all trough out the movie, there were awesome tracks played and performed. The song, Teenage Dream by Marc Bolan was my favorite song in the movie. The song captured the youthfulness and carefree attitude of the lead character played by acclaimed actor, Micheal Cera. Shallow and stupid, the song, "I'm So Sad, So Very, Very Sad" makes me laugh because of the reality of bands making a shallow song and then other people liking it. The movie is is good but the soundtrack is something that people should also look for. This Scott Pilgrim VS The World soundtrack is officially part of my favorite playlist in my Ipod. |
